Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you can and cannot deploy on floo. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
You May Not Deploy
- Cryptocurrency mining — no proof-of-work miners or GPU-intensive workloads designed for mining
- Malware or phishing — no applications designed to steal credentials, distribute malware, or impersonate other services
- Spam or bulk messaging — no applications that send unsolicited email, SMS, or messages at scale
- DDoS tools or attack infrastructure — no applications designed to disrupt other services
- Illegal content — no applications that host, distribute, or facilitate access to content that violates applicable law
- Copyright infringement — no applications that distribute copyrighted material without authorization
- Scraping at abusive scale — no applications that scrape third-party services in violation of their terms of service
- Proxy/VPN services — no open proxy, anonymizer, or VPN services designed to circumvent access controls
Resource Limits
Your applications are subject to the resource limits of your plan (CPU, memory, instances, build minutes). Applications that consistently exceed their allocated resources may be throttled or suspended.
Reporting Violations
If you believe an application on floo violates this policy, email abuse@getfloo.com.
Enforcement
We review reported violations and may take action including: warning the account owner, suspending the offending application, or terminating the account. We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless the violation poses an immediate risk to the platform or other users.
