Inventory tracker template

An inventory tracker for a team: items, stock movements that always add up, a daily low-stock cron job, team sign-in, Postgres, and an agent API.

Deploy with your agent

Paste this into Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. Your agent creates a floo project, puts the template in it, and gives you the live URL.

Deploy the template at https://github.com/getfloo/inventory-tracker-template on floo for me. Follow https://getfloo.com/agents.md to create a floo-hosted project, replace its starter code with this template's files (keep the project's [app] name in floo.app.toml), push, and give me the live URL.

Want the code in your own GitHub account instead? Use this template on GitHub, then give your agent this:

I used https://github.com/getfloo/inventory-tracker-template as a template to create my own repository on GitHub. Ask me for my repository's owner/name, then follow https://getfloo.com/agents.md to connect my repository (not the template) to a new floo app, push, and give me the live URL.

What you get

  • Invite-only sign-in. Admins manage items; members record stock in, out and adjustments.
  • Every change is a movement with who, when and a note, and quantity on hand can never drift.
  • A daily floo cron job records which items need reordering; the item list shows the latest check.
  • An agent API to list low-stock items, read an item's history and record movements.

Make it yours

Then ask your agent for changes like these:

  • “Add a suppliers table and a supplier on each item, and show the contact on the low-stock check.”
  • “Add a CSV export of the item list and of an item's movement history.”
  • “Add a transfer that moves stock between two locations in a single transaction.”

More templates

  • Approval queue: Team members submit requests; admins approve or reject them with a comment.
  • Team CRM: Companies, contacts, a deal pipeline, and an activity log your agents can write to.
  • KPI dashboard: Metric cards with targets and trends, fed by the numbers your agents push.
  • Feedback board: Customer feedback and feature requests, ranked by team votes, with duplicate merging.
