KPI dashboard template
A KPI dashboard for a team: metrics with targets, sparklines and history, team sign-in, Postgres, and an API agents push numbers to on a schedule.

Deploy with your agent
Paste this into Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. Your agent creates a floo project, puts the template in it, and gives you the live URL.
Deploy the template at https://github.com/getfloo/kpi-dashboard-template on floo for me. Follow https://getfloo.com/agents.md to create a floo-hosted project, replace its starter code with this template's files (keep the project's [app] name in floo.app.toml), push, and give me the live URL.
Want the code in your own GitHub account instead? Use this template on GitHub, then give your agent this:
I used https://github.com/getfloo/kpi-dashboard-template as a template to create my own repository on GitHub. Ask me for my repository's owner/name, then follow https://getfloo.com/agents.md to connect my repository (not the template) to a new floo app, push, and give me the live URL.
What you get
- Invite-only sign-in. Admins create metrics; members record values.
- Metric cards with the latest value, change, target status and a sparkline, plus a full chart per metric.
- An agent API to push one value or many in one call. Retried pushes never double count.
- Managed Postgres with migrations that run once per deploy.
Make it yours
Then ask your agent for changes like these:
- “Add a weekly agent job that reads our signups and pushes them to weekly_signups every Monday.”
- “Group metrics into sections like Growth, Reliability and Support, with a filter at the top.”
- “Add a warning status when a metric is within 10% of its target, and show it on the cards.”
More templates
- Approval queue: Team members submit requests; admins approve or reject them with a comment.
- Team CRM: Companies, contacts, a deal pipeline, and an activity log your agents can write to.
- Inventory tracker: Items, stock movements, low-stock highlighting, and a daily low-stock check.
- Feedback board: Customer feedback and feature requests, ranked by team votes, with duplicate merging.
